Based largely on traditional Ju Jitsu, the BJR Syllabus for all Grades (Red, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Brown, Black and Dan Grades) also incorporates useful modern-day techniques. It is designed for clarity and maintains a logical progression from the simple Red Belt techniques through to the more challenging Black Belt Syllabus and beyond.
